AUGI Labs is a software engineering company built on a single conviction: intelligence reaches its true potential when it sharpens an organization's existing expertise, not when it attempts to replace human judgment. Our name itself serves as our thesis: Augmented Understanding and Guided Intelligence.
We exist to solve a twofold challenge. Over decades, organizations accumulate valuable knowledge that often sits fragmented and dormant exactly when it matters most. Conversely, when they must finally distribute their most sensitive documents to partners, investors, or clients, they instantly lose control over where those files end up.
AUGI Labs addresses both sides of this problem through two complementary solutions:

AUGI Labs provides AUGI Nexus, a secure document platform available via cloud-hosted and on-premises deployments.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Users must not use the platform for illegal activities, upload malicious content, or attempt to circumvent security measures.
The platform and its code belong to AUGI Labs. Your documents remain your exclusive property; we claim no ownership over your content.
To the extent permitted by law, AUGI Labs is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by EU law. Disputes will be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction of AUGI Labs' registration.

AUGI Labs is the provider of AUGI Nexus, a secure document-distribution platform built for organizations that prioritize confidentiality.
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and language preference. All data is encrypted at rest; we never store personal details in plaintext.
Stripe handles all payment processing. We do not see or store your credit card details. We only retain a Stripe Customer ID to manage your subscription.
We collect anonymized analytics to improve the platform. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.
